Keto challenge with Mindfulness meditation and breathing
Over the course of your 13 day triple keto challenge, you will have 6 videos to be used every other day.
In between each day you are asked to practice the meditation from the day before and journal.
This challenge is to help with the emotional changes as your body adapts to a keto cleanse, keto eating and starting a healthier lifestyle.
This mindfulness challenge also helps us stay in the body, learn to ground and calm and increase presence with your body while changing and creating an OVERALL healthy lifestyle which includes the mind and spirit.
After purchasing, you will receive an email with your first meditation and also a demonstration and introduction to the nervous system and how breathing impacts it!
You will then be sent the links for each video to be used every other day from day 1 demo video and first exercise!
